1. Identity and buyer account
The GoldenKey community is made up of professionals from throughout the country. To maintain a high-quality workplace for participants, identity information associated with a GoldenKey User Account must be real and verifiable.
Only one user per account, and one account per user—accounts should not be shared or duplicated in any way.
Your logo should be appropriate for a professional, national community.
Your profile should not mislead or falsely imply a relationship with another company.
2. Service Requests
Getting help with your real estate transaction begins with requesting a service. Only one agent, the first to accept, gets the job.
Introduce yourself and set mutual expectations. This is especially important if you’re working with an agent for the first time. The more information you give your agent, the better.
Keep your timeline on track by responding promptly to requests for additional information or instructions.
Give kudos for a job well done and share constructive criticism to improve performance.
If there are discrepancies, try to work it out directly with your agent. If you are unable to come to a resolution, you may file a dispute through GoldenKey.
3. GoldenKey Guarantee
The GoldenKey Guarantee is our promise that an hour worked is an hour paid, and an hour paid is an hour worked. It’s our way of showing respect for the work getting done on GoldenKey. (Please note that the GoldenKey Guarantee does not apply to fixed-price services. For more details and other limitations, see section 5.4 of the GoldenKey User Agreement.)
Disagreements occasionally arise in every workplace, both online and off. On GoldenKey, buyers have the right to dispute the completion of any service. The most common reason for dispute is:
The service was not started or completed.
Just as with a traditional employee, only whether the work was completed — not the quality of the work — is up for dispute. Please take a minute to familiarize yourself with our official dispute process.
Soliciting or processing payment outside of GoldenKey is prohibited for the safety and security of all GoldenKey members.

Feedback that is honest and objective contributes to a vibrant and productive workplace. The best feedback focuses on the facts, while providing helpful information to both the recipient and the community as a whole.
We do not monitor, censor, or investigate feedback. However, on very rare occasions, we may delete ratings and feedback found to violate our User Agreement or the content guidelines below. Attempts to falsify feedback, manipulate, or coerce another user by threatening negative feedback are strictly prohibited, as is any offer to sell or buy services in exchange for positive feedback.
Feedback containing the following types of content may be removed or edited:
Spam, advertising or other commercial content
Content that endorses illegal activity
Content that personally identifies another user
Political, religious, or social commentary rather than a genuine comment regarding the work experience
Profane, vulgar, obscene, slanderous, libelous, threatening or discriminatory language, or adult material
